Bio
Hannah Vitello
Hannah began her legal career as a law clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court, serving Justices Erin Lynch Prata and Francis Flaherty, as well as in the Trial Court Law Clerk Department. That experience provided a foundation in judicial reasoning and civil procedure that continues to inform her approach to litigation.
Hannah’s approach to her work is rooted in empathy. She believes that the best advocacy starts with truly listening to and understanding the people she represents. By taking the time to see clients in their own environment and hear their stories, she builds the trust that allows her to uncover the truth behind each case.
Hannah graduated magna cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Rhode Island.
She is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, and Iowa, and before the United States District Courts for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Hannah is active in the Rhode Island Bar Association, where she serves as Co-Chair of the New Lawyers Committee, a member of the House of Delegates, and a member of the Superior Court Bench-Bar Committee. She is also a member of the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association, the Rhode Island Association for Justice, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023 through 2025.
Outside of her practice, Hannah enjoys reading and spending time with her family at the beaches near her home in Rhode Island.
